Its bad when the absolute stupidest show in late night TV, David Letterman, is beating the Tonight Show almost 2:1 in ratings. Lose the big head - you're not funny - whats worse is that you think you are funny. Take your 7 million Dollars and go back to 12:35am where most people whom aren't high or drunk are already in bed and don't have to watch your ridiculous attempts at humor. I think you're part of today's drug problem.. you know why? People have to be on Acid or PCP to laugh at your material.

Ok... I like to watch CNN, FOX, PBS and C-SPAN as I work throughout the day. I have the monitor off to my side just out of view and really don't watch the TV but listen to it as I work. Can we get a law to ban these ambulance chasing, over-dramatic, sleezy, slimeball, used-car-salesmen type attorneys off the air? I mean.. really? Mesothelioma, car wrecks, drug side effects, divorce, IRS tax issues. ENOUGH ALREADY.

With the signing of an under-publicized amendment to Executive Order 12425, President Barack Obama has fundamentally altered your constitutional rights. His actions are undermining your rights to protect personal privacy from a foreign internationalist police agency named Interpol. Obama's secretive executive order amended an order issued by President Ronald Reagan in 1983. Reagan's order recognized Interpol as an international organization and gave it privileges and immunities commonly extended to foreign diplomats.

Reagan opened the door to allow Interpol to operate in partnership with the U.S. but with significant constitutional safeguards. Specifically, Interpol's property and assets remained subject to search and seizure by American law enforcement, and its archived records remained subject to public scrutiny under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. Interpol had to answer to the FBI and U.S. courts under Reagan's order.

These safeguards were stripped away by Obama's action the week before Christmas without debate or explanation. Obama picked the holiday season to make this radical change to minimize media coverage.

This order marks a significant change in federal policy and usurps the constitutional power of our government by yielding it to an international organization. Michael van Der Galien writes, "This foreign law enforcement organization can operate free of an important safeguard against government and abuse. Property and assets, including the organization's records, cannot now be searched or seized. Their physical operational locations are now immune from U.S. legal and investigative authorities."

Obama has given an international organization unsupervised freedom to investigate Americans on our own soil without recourse or the supervision of our own government.

The war on terror in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and Yemen is costing billions upon billions of dollars. I have a novel idea. Why don't we instead spend that money on the latest, greatest state of the art full body scanners and install them at each and every port of entry into the US? I heard on a show on CNN that the latest, greatest state of the art scanners could be installed at each and every port of entry in the US for under 3 billion dollars. What a savings! No more silly restrictions on when you can get up to use the bathroom, items you can take on the plane with you, inconvenience waiting in security lines. Why not use some of that TARP money which was spent needlessly on fattening up the Unions wallets and instead put it to good use? Makes too much sense probably. We've had this technology for years being used on Semi trailers coming into ports. Semi trailers... yes, 13'6" high by 53 feet long by 8 ft wide. An entire semi load can be scanned in 30 seconds. Thats thousands of square feet in less than 30 seconds. How long could it possibly take to scan a human?

I honestly think these blow-hard politicians refuse to use such a common sense approach because they want us to be in fear.. so we'll continue to vote for them so they can save us from the mad evil muslim terrorists. I despise Winter. Worst damn season of all - Fall comes in a close second place. What makes winter even worse is the BS associated with the cliche New Year's Eve/Day events such as resolutions and countdowns. Resolutions? Really? Ok. In today's tech world we have processors capable of bajillions of instructions per second that are 1/4 the size of a postage stamp. Why is it that most any consumer devices have processors circa 1984 ala 8086 architecture? No seriously.. why?

My DirecTV HD-DVR takes 8-10 seconds to bring up any menu and 3-5 seconds just to change channels. DirecTV says this is normal. Why can't this thing have a nice 3ghz processor in it? Why?

How about a cap-n-trade for health care premiums? Personally I'm tired of mine going up 15% every year.. yet, we rarely use it. Lets be realistic and just fix what's broke.. baby steps.. baby steps please.

Ongoing BS in Afghanistan, Pakistan: Yea, this isn't working either. Those people are (at best) nomadic tribes people with very little going on in the IQ dept stuck in a mindset of cro-magnon man. New AP poll found that over 1/2 of Fox's viewers were independents and moderate democrats. LOL. I guess the white house doesn't like reporters asking tough questions. Instead the PrObama's are asking people to not follow foxnews stories. Really? So now the US is going to entertain in filtering the media like China? North Korea? Interesting. Well evidently my son's high school has an issue with it. He was asked to turn it inside out or be sent home Friday. Its a black principal.. HRMMMMM... something smells afoul. Perhaps I'll have to make a visit and explain to Mr. Principal that he's violating my son's 1st amendment rights and remind him that we certainly have no issues, nor have ever complained about FUBU shirts.

I love it.

Letterman has been with his current wife since 1986 - and now a kid - they only recently married even though they have been together for over 22 yrs. Amazingly as he discusses his sexual adventures on TV he's laughing, joking and garnering audience approval of his behavior. For this reason I hope his wife divorces him, takes the kid and gets a nice big fat paycheck in alimony and child support each month - perhaps this will wipe that damn smirk off his face. What a piece of shit to do this to his wife and kid.

Oh how I hate Fall and the subsequent Winter seasons. I abhor the gray rainy days that last for weeks on end, the dismal shitty weather that will last for one half of the year, the sun setting at 5pm, the 16 hrs of darkness, the frozen tundra that was once my nice yard, the mud my dogs will be covered in continuously, the increase in heating bill costs, the constant state of slumber I'll most certainly be in.

I'm almost 45 now. Perhaps its time to consider moving to Florida or Arizona for the 6 months of garbage weather that Mother Nature will bestow upon us.

ACORN was started with good intentions, and in its early years had done some very good things.
