Sorry to hear about that. Did Grev get it taken care of? I've heard of people having their accounts blown away for stuff like that, which can be a very painful process to recover.

I should also mention there is a Chinese Company called Shanghai MUHE Company that phishes iTunes accounts by hiding unseen in apps and making unauthorized in-app "purchases" that will send $9.99 and $4.99 increments to the company. I lost $33 CDN.

Here's the receipt from Apple. They graciously returned $33 but I'm not sure if they dealt with this.

Shanghai MUHE Network $9.99

Hello Ryan,

In regards to your concerns about Shanghai MUHE Network company, the issue is not directly with the company, but a few hackers and scammers who have been targeting it. Currently we are aware that they are using passwords that they have acquired through other means to credit cards and itunes accounts to purchase in game credit. The company has identified only some of people responsible for the credit card and info theft, and is working hard to stop future fraud.

It is very clear if you contact apple that a company cannot just choose to "charge" you, someone must first have access to your password which must then go through the api...

Thank you for your understanding,

Ryan Y.
