Israel, The New Saudi Arabia

Israelis don't want just anyone inside their borders, in fact they're doing everything they can in an increasingly harsh manner to eliminate those deemed unsuitable. Including those who lived on the land before them, and those in desperate need of a home...

JERUSALEM (AP) -- Israel was forcing 120 South Sudanese to leave the country on Sunday, starting what was to be a mass deportation of thousands of unauthorized African migrants who have poured into the Jewish state.

Some 60,000 impoverished Africans, most from Eritrea and Sudan, have slipped into Israel across its southern border with Egypt since 2005, fleeing repressive regimes and seeking work. The influx has caused friction with Israeli locals and several incidents recently turned violent. Authorities, alarmed by the swelling numbers, say the migrants are a burden on the economy and threaten to undermine Israel's Jewish character.

JERUSALEM, June 12 (UPI) -- Israel stripped 240,000 Palestinians of residency rights from 1967 through 1994, preventing them from returning home, government statistics showed Tuesday.[..]

Many of those who lost their residency rights were students or young professionals have since died, but others were granted the right of return with the establishment of the Palestinian Authority in 1994 or for other reasons, Haaretz said.

Israel is turning into an authoritarian nation similar in many respect to the nations it's at war with. Even more hypocritical are the actions taken to remove the "human pollution" that might "undermine Israel's Jewish character." Apparently now that the slipper is on the other foot they feel just fine subjecting others to the same treatment they lament in prayers. But you can see it coming. Soon the Jews in Israel will be turning on each other once there is no more non-Jewish riff-raff to exclude.

Israel will be the next Saudi Arabia. Only with twice the hostility and none of the oil.
