So Apple must be so proud of itself, getting sales of the popular Samsung Galaxy pad halted in the US. Frankly I think it sucks and, to be honest, while I used to be a card-carrying Apple Fanboi myself these days I wouldn't go into an Apple store if there was a wall of carcinogenic dust fifty feet behind me. I'd rather crawl under a car and die.

I read the ruling and I beg to differ. The Samsung Galaxy and iPad are NOT virtually indistinguishable. The person who wrote that must never even have pushed the on-button, much less tried to find their favorite web comic. The look and feel is NOT the same, just as Android and Apple's tablet OS are very different critters.

Apple is just wrapped up in the same damned lawsuit shenanigans it always has, the problem is that Apple failed when it took on Microsoft back in the 80's and it's never really recovered from that. Now that Apple has had to set its sights lower Google, Samsung seem like good targets.

I appreciate the effort that goes into inventing new technology, but Apple isn't the only source of inspiration. They don't hold a lock on that market. Instead they want to force people to drink from their Kool-Aid dispenser by closing down alternatives through the courts.

It won't work. Other companies will still make tablets and in the end so will Samsung.

So fuck you Apple. Fuck you and your pedantic, holier-than-thou attitude bullshit. I'll never buy your fucking products again.
