KIRKSVILLE, Mo. (AP) -- A northeast Missouri man accused of killing a man, dismembering the body and setting fires to conceal the crime, hurled the victim's arms at witnesses shortly before he was arrested, police said.

Ok, ok, this isn't about the right to bare arms, at least you can relax about that. It's almost harmless, for a change, not priming the pump or arming the grenade of rhetoric. Not even looking for a hand out or a high five. Just stating the fact that being disarming can sometimes, well, not be the handiest thing in public.
