GO AWAY

I recently got a new job after a couple months of job seeking. Yay me, right? I thought so too. Life has been good. Apparently, I'm popular all of the sudden. I thought I had deactivated all of my online resume's or indicated that I was no longer seeking work, but I must have missed one somewhere.

Got an email on Tuesday asking me about a job. Contract to hire. Not interested. Lots of reasons, but forget them. I ignored it. Wednesday, 4 more emails from the same recruiting company, but from a different recruiter for the same position. Wrote back politely declining. Thursday. 3 more emails from a third recruiter about the same position. Rolled my eyes and copied/pasted the previous email. Today? 3 more emails, one from the first guy and the other 2 from a FOURTH fucking recruiter.

What the fuck? Seriously? Four mother fucking people tracking me down from the same company?

Tell you what... all of you can go to hell. Even if it was a good job (it's not), there is no way I'd ever want to work for a company this disorganized. You're a recruiting company. You're entire job is recruiting people. And you SUCK AT IT.

Fuck off, die in a fire, yada yada. You're not even worth inventing new insults for.

What I'm trying to figure out is how Monster.com reactivated my profile. I shut it the hell down over a year ago when I got hired. For the last 'n' months I've been getting job spam messages.

It's never made any sense, how only the employed are "employable". None of these recruiters seem to be awake to the fact that not only are the unemployed more readily available, but they're likely to be more flexible on interviews and salary.
