I have three games now that I cannot play because your site says there is no account associated to this email! I have three emails, and they all say there is a account already associated to this email. However when I try to log-in it says, no account exsists(?) Yet I have a access code that you sent to me and iot does not work either. Either get your shit together or give me my money back for these games, as all you are doing is pissing me off more for not allowing me to access my account!!!

Maybe you're logging in with your email instead of your account name? I dunno. The other option is that you've been hacked. In either case contact Steam support and open a ticket with them. Gl with that.
