Well well well.. the wicked witch of the West appears to be at her antics yet once again. Over the weekend Pelosi decides to go to the National Catholic Community Conference and meet with a group of prominent Bishops, Priests and Sisters. (I'm surprised she didn't catch fire upon entering, but that is another story). Anyhow there is like 10 minutes of videotape showing her asking the Catholic Clerics for help in spreading the word to their worshipers that immigration reform must pass...
“I want you to instruct your, whatever the communication is — the people, some of them, oppose immigration reform are sitting in those pews, and you have to tell them that this is a ‘manifestation of our living the gospels,’” Pelosi said.
Really?
Aren't you the same Nancy Pelosi who fought diligently against the Bush Faith Initiatives?
Aren't you the same Nancy Pelosi who said in 2005 that..
"...the separation of Church and State is of paramount importance..."
Enough of your hypocrisy. You can't have your cake and eat it too. The Catholic church despises you anyhow for your views on Abortion. Like it or not, Catholicism is yet another religion. If you do not like their beliefs, then do not be a Catholic. It's America, you can choose what you want or choose no Faith at all. You cannot play both sides of the fence here, you either are or aren't a practicing Catholic. You should be ashamed for criticizing the Catholic Church for their beliefs on abortion then running back to them to help push your immigration agenda which over 65% of Americans do NOT want. You're a heretic, a shrew and a piece of shit.
1. You're an embarrassment to your Faith, your Constituency, the Constitution, the Government and to the human race.
2. If you actually do go to Church I hope you are denied accepting communion.
3. I'm so glad you will be pushing a broom after this fall's elections.

Pelosi is a joke, unfortunately she is a joke being played on us. Her preaching to the leaders of the Catholic church is laughable. Watching her speak it is laughable that she has been able to get elected, repeatedly.
I do disagree about the black and white take it or leave it regarding religion. Politicians should check their religion at the door of the legislature. Furthermore, I always thought it arrogant of the Catholic church to dictate to politicians on policy, particularly abortion. For example telling politicians who happen to be Catholic that they can not vote pro-choice. The recognition that ones own personal religious beliefs are separate from what should be legislated is crucial to upholding the first amendment. I am not Catholic, I do not expect my elected representation to be mindless lemmings for the Catholic church. Just imagine if your elected official is Muslim, would you like a Muslim politician to vote for what some cleric tells him/her or vote what is good for his/her constituents?
Frankly, the Catholic church can get bent. I've dealt with them from a secular stand point and they are arrogant bastards that think everyone should kiss their ring.
