It's nice to be able to reconnect with old friends via the wonders of the Internet. But, Jebus, how in the Hell did so many of my childhood friends turn into raging conservative thoughtless assholes?

I don't have a problem with conservatives in general. I work with them, have a few friends, and discuss politics with all of them openly and freely. But the ragingly moronic ones get and deserve all the disdain and disgust I can summon.
